Why is my internet so bad?

I've got unlimited data with EE and I can barely get online with it.

Ironically, the only way my signal is strong enough to get on here is by buying some EE data for £10 for 24 hours on my phone, without that getting online would be almost impossible at this time.

Is this normal? I'm not sure how else to deal with it

I did try, I wasn't sure how to go about it, it's all a bit confusing and overwhelming ..

Ee did actually call me one time but my signal was so bad they couldn't hear me

Our technical care team are in the best position to look into this further. 

Are you experiencing signal issues in one specific area only?

It's okay, I changed network, it was in my house but anywhere really I'm in
a big town so was surprised
