How to contact ee with no credit?

EE has charged me loads and cut me off when I am only suppost to pay£15 a month charging me over £125 for no reason and then cut me off i can't contact them cause they cut off my credit. Please I need help to get hold of them

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
