I have a roaming plan but my phone wint allow roaming

Can someone make sure roaming is on my account you have put on a 30 minute bu due but I'm in Egypt and my phone refuses to connect to the network,despite doing the same previous years without issue.

Have you tried manually searching for an Egyptian network? What happens when you try that?
