I am disgusted I can only chat to EE for someone like me with ANXIETY on a EE number only free during office hours. Do they really call that CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

@MalcEX174LZ : What is it you want to reinstall? If you just want to connect to WiFi, turn WiFi ON in your phone's Connections settings.
