hi, i have added on to my account the Roam Abroad Pass as i am travelling to the IOM next week. Do i have to activate it somehow when i arrive or will it automatically sort it out for me.thank you

Resolved! Password needed when I ring 150, but I don't have one

When I ring 150, I am always asked for 'my password'. I have never had one. When I tell them this, they say I have failed authentication and won't talk to me any longer. What is this password, and how do I get one?
