Can't use phone

I'm in France working and ny 4g has gone. No data. Checked everything regarding data roaming, settings, mobile networks etc. I've been trying to contact ee but only getting call 150 which I can't as I can't use my phone. I've only got WiFi. I thought there was a live chat where you could talk to an agent. Very frustrating 😕

Welcome to the community.

I hope you're having a lovely time in France. Have you checked to see if you have an active spend cap? It could be that you've hit the limit, but you can change it in your My EE account. It's currently undergoing maintenance, but will hopefully be up and running soon.
