Hi,
last night I was on M1 and all of sudden maps stopped working , I could see full signals and 4 G.
tried to ring 150 and it said seems like you do not have enough credit to make this call.
i restarted my phone few times but no luck.
it’s a Pay As you go phone with credit and unlimited package.

Hello
You can contact EE on 150 and ask for a replacement Sim Card as the sim card might have an issue.
If you're requesting a new SIM at an EE store:
You'll need to provide valid photo ID. Our EE stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.
Please note: if a driving license is being used as a form of proof, the address on the customer’s driving licence MUST match that of their EE account address for it to be accepted.

There doesn't seem enough evidence to automatically assume there's a SIM fault here. The results of the allowance test (BALANCE or AL to 150) would be a good first check.
Checking other internet-based functions would also be a good approach.

Well if you read the whole message
it says I have balance and unlimited package, means I have checked the balance and the package.

Reporting the result of that balance text message is a good part of belts & braces troubleshooting.
