I have arrived in Italy and my data isn’t working? I have an iPhone 13 and purchased a EE SIM card in the UK but it says it should work in Italy? Any suggestions?

Was it a pay-monthly SIM or a PAYG SIM that you bought in the UK?
Does your phone show a connection to any Italian networks?
