As in  title. Could make UK calls and now can’t.  I’m in A&E and desperate to call my travel insurance but can’t. The phone is showing good signal with T  Mobile.

@Pat17   If you have a signal and this did work I have to ask are you putting 44 at the start of the number?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes have a signal with T Mobile and put +44 or 0044 in front of the number dropping the 0.

Does the issue persist across all available networks?

Can’t connect to another so don’t know.

Thanks for getting back to us @Pat17

What happens when you try to manually connect to another network?

Can you make texts OK and use data?

Do you have a spend cap on your account?

Speak soon,

Katie

Hi Katie

Still no calls on T Mobile but can now select verizon manually and can make calls ok. Roaming plan is unltd calls - can use data and text with many gbof data available.

In the scenario of "my roaming worked fine and has now stopped working", manually connecting to an alternative local network should be one of the first checks. Toggling flight mode can have the same effect.
