Resolved! Temporary Greeting (Voicemail)

Has EE removed the function to set up a temporary greeting on voicemail? I was using it on my old phone but since changing phones the option appears to no longer be there on voicemail?Thank you.  

Resolved! Can’t roam in the Netherlands

I can’t roam and can’t even text 150 to work out what’s going on. My plan seems to include roaming. Have already tried rebooting my phone. Help please?
