I am having the same problem of Incoming Calls only.

I have  tried Network Resetting multiple times and nothing seems to be working. The only calls I am able to receive are calls from EE users alone. Other Networks; it says, "my number does not exist". I have tried calling 150 for it to be resolved, but it is as if Nobody knows what to do in that Office.

My Phone Brand is Samsung A52  (4G; not the 5G of it). I need a revisit to my number by EE.

On 21st I supposed to be expecting a call from BT Engineers to fix my Broadband, but with this they will never get a call across to me or else they uses EE Line.

Please HELP

Have you changed your number or made any account changes since this started happening? 

Can you receive texts from these numbers?

I cannot receive Texts also. (It is Calls & Texts from anyother number )

I port-in this number from Lebara to O2 because I needed a contract. when I realised that their network in my residential area was poor, I had to cancel the contract on time to jump into EE and the network issues got solves.

Then I began to experience this issues. For the Port-IN to complete since 11th-Aug-23 which I signed the contract, it lingered up until 15th-Aug-23. Before then the sim given to me by EE had a different number which was working fine, then the numbers started changing. I Switched my phone OFF & ON to restart and make everything alright. Since then I have not received calls with my phone anymore.
