Hi,
I’m on holiday in Spain and my phone is saying I have no signal. I have tried restarting my device and I should be able to use data and calls since my plan started before July 2021. I have roaming switched on and nothing is working.
I have also contacted EE on twitter since I cannot call them and am waiting on a response.
Thanks for advice that you can offer.

Have you tried selecting a network manually?
If you're using an iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic.
For Android, Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK.

Yes but nothing seems to be working.

Have you had response from our social media team @Caroanne
They'll be able to make sure roaming is active on your account.
