I’ve called 150 and +44 800 079 8586 over and over and just get sent a text every time I just want to speak to someone

Unlocking phone

I am going round in circles trying to unlock my old phone!  It just keeps taking me back to the 'verify the IMEI number' page each time I following the email link!   I am on hold on the EE helpline but there is a 1h 30m wait!  Is there an online chat...

Roaming / data usa

Hi, I accidently text ROAM EU instead of ROAMING to 150 when in the USA, and now I can't message 150 again to sort out travel dataAnd the app is down.Any suggestions to data?

Outgoing calls have suddenly stopped when abroad

I’m currently abroad (Spain) and was able to make calls both locally and back to the uk. Suddenly I’m now unable to make any calls. My plan says I can currently still use my data, anybody know what I can do?

Hi just arrived in Spain (majorca) my phone isn't working Can't send texts Can't use data Can't make a call  Says Not registered on a network  Data roaming is on The wifi at the hotel is very poor

Hi any ideas for signal just moved house signal is a poor hit and miss anyway to strengthen  it thanks
