How can I talk to an actual human CS person?

Phoned on 150 like the Quote-unquote Contact Us page says to, but instead of talking to a person, I got told to text a robot.

 

I would use live chat option on the app, but this is the third day in a row I have not been able to load it "due to maintainance" (yes, I've gone through steps to try to get the app working, nothing has helped)

 

All I want is to use words from my mouth in a conversation with "customer services". Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Try using different options on the IVR to get into the queue for an agent. If at first you don't succeed..

If you have a general, non-account query, then you can probably get a solution on this forum - if you wanted to explain.
