Had 2 weeks travelling around USA and Canada, download speeds never exceed 2mbs! Wonder what I’m paying for with roaming?

Service in foreign countries is provided by the networks in those countries, roaming provides you with access to them.

True, but the agreement with EE they must be able to strangle it. Used at least 4 networks, all the same, slow !
