Hi there, not sure if this is the correct forum. If not apologies. My question is. How do I.see my latest bill and charges. Not the last bill but the ongoing bill. I.e. the only where the month has not completed and has still to be paid. I wanted to check if I'd used any data and additional charges whilst roaming. I have an esim installed to prevent excessive data roaming use. However something struck me when I used the app. When I thought I was requesting the additional charges to my current bill. The app flips you out of it and to an EE Web page. However it sends a 6 digit code via messaging. When it does this does this activate the £7 daily charge whilst in Canada? If this is the case. It seems a little unfair. Also if it does can you switch off this feature to prevent a 6 digit code being sent. There's no point in investigating whether you've incurred any additional charges, if by the nature of the messaged 6 digit code actually activating said charges.
Thanks John

Historically, texting BALANCE to 150 has included details of your unbilled costs.
Receiving texts is free globally - it's the sending of SMS that would be one trigger for the daily charge.

According to https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/pay-monthly/text-service-for-pay-monthly - "150 is a free service in the UK & EU, and will be charged at local rates from other countries".
The local rate reference is (at best) strange, but texts are 76p each from Canada, unless you've opted to have a daily/weekly pass.

Thank you Bristolian really appreciate that. All seems a bit odd I suppose. Your part of a network and I as a customer believe thqt you should be able to view your balance and usage through the app as the month progresses. At no cost to you. So the 6 digit code to login is free? As receiving text messages are free. Is this correct? There's no other way to view your balance other than 150. Sorry for being thick here.
