Confused about add-ons

I have just upgraded my plan that includes EU roaming. Why am I getting shown in my add-ons £2.47 per day roaming and also getting shown 7-day EU zone pass when I have it included for no extra costs? Screenshots are attached , it clearly states no extra cost.

@Jakub16 , if you have EU roaming included in your plan, then you will not need to add any roaming charges, just ignore it, as you have the EU roaming included, but if you are at all worried, then speak to customer services, you will not be able to use data whilst roaming, then you are good to go, as without data added, or in your case you have it enabled, so will work.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The £2.59 daily charge is a fallback position for EU-roaming, if you don't have any other add-on in-place.

The reference to "world roaming active" in your first screenshot is the free facility that enables roaming - in other words, the network-level settings that allow your phone to attach to foreign networks and thus have coverage abroad. This is totally separate from any billing options to reduce the cost of doing so.

The 1st screen says you can roam worldwide regardless how your going to pay it. In the EU you already have the roaming add-on to use your UK allowances there w/out further cost. Outside the EU you would have to pay for roaming or buy an add-on for that country.

The other screens are informative to those that don't have the EU roaming add-on & might want to buy 1.
