My EE phone won’t connect to 4G

Hi there, I have recently upgraded my ee I phone l. When it arrived it connected to 4G straight away but now won’t. I can only get online via WiFi and I can’t make calls. Any help gratefully received.

Roaming

I have roaming as an inclusive extra on my all rounder plan.  Do I have to text 150 roam to activate the extra before I leave the UK or does it update automatically when I first use it abroad.

Voicemail

Can anyone help. I keep getting voicemail notifications but I don't and have never had voicemail turned on. Every time I ring the number there's nothing there. But I am getting multiple notifications a day. It's driving me insane. Thanks
