Can't make a call on iPhone outside house (inside fine as uses WiFi). Can send messages. Subscription up to date and network fine apparently. This problem has only just started happening.PS What does the orange dot on phone top corner mean?

Resolved! Roaming in Netherlands

Arrived into Amsterdam, applied for daily roaming package. Connected to Odido “automatic network” selection. Zero data!, cannot make a call, send a txt, use my apps.tried to connect to other networks but zero success! Any ideas
