30mins anywhere

Needed to make an emergency call from Turkey purchased the 30min anywhere package to do this. Turkey is on the list of countries but I could not make any calls went through settings tried changing them still nothing. How do you get your money back

I only have a SIM data and therefore cannot text!!! Not very helpful EE.  Every time I try via the website to Roam like Home address on it tells me that there is a problem with purchasing add ons!

Unable to call uk mobile numbers only while in spain but it works on 0208 number

Please help, I am unable to call uk mobile numbers from my phone. It works on 0208 or 0207 numbers. Can anyone help me I’m in a pickle as trying to call my kids in uk from spain.

Bought roaming pass for Canada, tried to active just before leaving uk , no luck , now stuck in Canada unable to receive calls or make calls to people I need to on this trip. Can’t find an email address to contact or anything. Please help
