My wi-fi calling has stopped working. I've turned the phone on and off and also disabled and re-enabled wif-fi calling on my phone but no luck. It's been like this for 4 days now.
Where I live I don't have a mobile phone signal, so I can't contact EE for help. (I've got an iPhone 😎

Can you use WiFi for other functions?
Does WiFi-calling work on other broadband routers, or is it only one specific one affected?

Hi, thanks for replying. Yes, my phone works on wifi for everything else.
I think it's just this specific router, but as far as far as I'm aware nothing has changed (I've not done anything) and it's just stopped working.

Does it connect to WiFi Calling if you enable airplane mode then reactivate WiFi? (Keep the phone in airplane mode when you turn WiFi back on)

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan @SunnyShe743?
Are you able to use your phone in areas where you have a mobile signal?

It's pay monthly and yes, when I do have signal I can make calls

I understand it's not ideal, but hopefully you'll be able to give them a call next time you're in an area with signal @SunnyShe743?
