Voicemail set up

I have tried for over 2 hours to setup my voicemail service.

Once I thought I'd done so by following the instructions from EE manual. This didn't work.

Twice I phoned customer support and tried their options of receiving a text. These said it was successful. Twice it didn't work.

I have tried at least 3 phone members besides the ones EE suggest so I could speak to a non robot but all numbers I've found so far take me straight to the automated options.

I cant believe that customers of yours, for about 10 years, can have such an issue and nobody in authority there gives a dam. I really don't understand how you function as such a large company without having options at hand that could help.

People do need people sometimes or have you forgotten that most basic of problem solving ideas.

What do you mean by "setup my voicemail service"?

You can access your voicemail by dialling 222 or speed-dial 1 from your EE mobile.
