So my partner bought a SIM card and when buying I think agreed to swap my number over from O2.
2days ago I got a message from O2 saying it was the last day of my number. I hadn't yet put in the EE SIM. .
Now the O2 SIM won't work nor will the EE SIM and everything to try set it up is asking to send out a confirmation pin/message but I don't have any connection.
On partners phone it says linked accounts and has my old O2 number and when he calls it goes to EE voicemail.
So confused and need to be contactable so need this sorted ASAP.
Have tried everything online I've found.

Hello @Jenn2224 ,
Welcome to the community,
Have you rebooted your phone since putting in the E SIM card in your phone?
I would suggest going into an EE high street store or try using your partner’s phone or another phone or Skype and ring customer service, see my signature and press option 2.

What was the exact wording of this message? Did you supply a PAC with your online EE order?

What exactly have you tried - can you be more specific?
