VOICEMAIL on

Trying to set up Voicemail On. I've sent VM ON (and all variations) to 150 countless times. Get the usual Sorry not working, try again later.

Just tried ringing 150 and got the automated system message sent with a link, and then with Reply On. Neither worked. How do I speak to a person to get my voicemail ON?

Try rebooting VM by texting VM OFF to 150, reboot phone & then text VM ON to 150.

What happens when you dial your voicemail on 222, or speed-dial 1?

I get the voicemail service saying I have no messages and then all the options for changing settings. When I ring my mobile it rings for 50 seconds and then a message says the phone is unavailable, call back again. I get calls that I answer and can call out fine, I just need my voicemail to work after 30 seconds to catch any missed calls. Is there a number to call to speak to a person? 150 is automated, the link on the website to speak to someone is also automated.

Hi @clacro

If you call 150 and choose option 2, that'll give you the option to go through our menus and speak to one of our tech guides so they can have a look into this further for you.

So your voicemail is basically working, but the diverts aren't.

The text service is certainly an easier way to set the standard diverts, but you should be able to configure these using your phone's menus instead.
