Text message requesting to update network settings - now have no service

I have the same. Turns out it is correct. Something to do with sms messages from them showing as unknown sender. Shame as I holed that EE might have stopped ripping off there customers who travel to the EU and letting the data package carry over from there account like most other networks, but alas no. Still getting ripped off. Can't wait for the contract to end so we can move.
