I'm getting the same here and my mother's phone, which is linked to the same EE account, is having the same issue. I cannot get incoming or do outgoing calls but I can get internet. Currently abroad in the USA. I have plenty data remaining.

Are you on a contract SIM or pay as you go? Do your plans cover roaming in the USA?

The fact you're able to get mobile data suggests the SIM is definitely set up for international roaming. Have you tried manually connecting to a different available network?

Yes. Tried both switching phone off and on and also tried put into airplane mode before reconnecting. Still unable to make calls.

The wifi works as I tried this on a non-EE phone and it's fine.

I think the best thing for you to do is speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check your account from our side.

Called them and they aren't sure what it is either but are going to try
some things and call me back.

Hi, just to say that I called EE. I had to wait a while - around 45 mins.
My account was checked out and passed to tech who thought they might have a
fix. They told me to hang up and would call back.

I did not get a response but my calls did start working again later that
day so whatever they did seems to have fixed the issue.

However, two days later and I have the same issue again. I can get data but
no calls.

As I'm due to fly back to the UK tomorrow I'm just going to leave it. While
a little frustrating, I doubt it'll matter so long as I can again make
calls in the UK.
