What are the quick fixes you've tried so far? Is this a text message notification, or on-screen popup?
Do you have any new voicemails if you dial 222 or speed-dial 1?

Thanks for joining us on Community @dachley
Your voicemail symbol is out of synchronisation with the network. To correct your voicemail notification you'll need to call Customer Care on 150 who will be able to reset the notification.

Ive done the quick fixes too. Only just received this when i connected phone to my samsung watch. Ive just paid "£2:00" i think on my bill, for a new sim. Hppefully this will stop it because ive had my sim for 10+ years. However, dont think i should have paid. If this doesnt stop it i will be dissapointed. Ive heard its a "glitch".

Morning @Saffron96
Thanks for coming to the community 🙂
Once you receive the new SIM card and register this to your number, please let us know if the voicemail alert stops for you.
If you would like to discuss the charge for the SIM card, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.
Leanne.

Hi
I had same issue. Driving me mad
But solved after third call to technical support.
When on phone with technical support they could not solve so was put on hold and transferd to technical support level 2 and he did it.
Got a message my network settings were reset and all is good since then
Hope it helps
