Voicemail alert but no voicemail messages

I have just returned from a trip abroad and since switching my phone back on I keep receiving a notification that I have a new voicemail, however when I call voicemail it says I have no messages. I’ve tried turning off badge notifications then switching phone off and on again but it hasn’t worked.

If you have tried the suggestions in the thread and still have the voicemail notification showing. Please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you both.

Hello,I have attempted to resolve this issue, but the blue dot remains visible on the network provider’s voicemail. Despite resetting the network settings, the issue persists.I have also attempted to send a new voicemail and dialled 222 instead of clicking the “New Voicemail” button. Surprisingly, the network provider’s voicemail does not acknowledge the presence of a new voicemail message. The blue dot continues to display, and the issue remains unresolved.

If the customer care team know how to fix it, why not get them to put the fix on here? I’m having the same issue. By the way, how do you “force stop in settings”? The fix of leaving a new message then deleting it isn’t working for me. Tried calling customer care but on hold for ages and gave up.
