Yes, I have this exact same problem. I've tried evrything. It's very annoying, because I use a lot of two factor authentication for work & online banking. I am not receiving the relevant passcodes until sometimes 24 hours later!!!! Come on ee, fix this!!

Rather than add "me too" to multiple other threads, it's probably better to start your own - and keep all your responses in the same thread. I've done it for you.
The threads you'd added to, are reporting problems with receiving automated OTP-type SMS, while person-to-person texts are unaffected. Is that the issue you have?
You mention having "tried evrything" - can you be more specific on what this means, what exactly you have done so far?

Have you been in touch with our technical support team? If you can give them a couple of examples of dates/times when it's happened, they can look into it from our end for you.
