Right I am not and have never been a ee customer. I am with o2. I have a s24 ultra and was told its been blocked by ee. I contacted someone yesterday and sent them in my documents to show I am the owner of this phone and I got it from o2. Was told there was probably a mistake and a number entered wrong when someone lost there phone. They removed the blacklist for my but my phone is still not working. I just been on the phone and they have said the imei is no longer blacklisted and could take up to 24hiurs to remove. It's been well over this. Can someone help me pls

@Essexdave1979  Have you restarted the device ?  Have you checked to make sure your sim is still working ?  This needs to be put in a different phone to test this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Been in touch with them. They added back to blacklist and removed again. Let's see if that helps.

Been restarting phone all day. Even reset it. And yes my sim is working fine. I am using another phone

Have you been able to check with your own mobile network to see if it still shows a blacklist on your phone?
