Unable to receive sms

I’m unable to receive sms text messages on my iPhone XS Max. I can text 150 and receive messages from 150 but I can’t receive any other sms messages.

When did this problem start?

If you send a text message to yourself, do you receive it?

It started 10 days ago, and when I try to text myself it says “not delivered”

Thanks for giving that a try @Doesnotmatter.

Are you able to send texts successfully? Whilst messages to other iPhone users will default to iMessage, it should use SMS for other phone users.

Also if you go into your phone's Settings and select Apps > Messages > Send as Text message, can you please make sure this option is enabled?
