When I'm trying to login to UK Government Gateway, the passcode they are sending is not delivered. However, when i tried to login from abroad the passcode was delivered (same phone and same number). Therefore, there is a problem with EE's network settings? Can you please help, cause i need to be able to login to the UK Goverment's system, cause i need to keep changing my tax codes?

I can successfully login to government gateway via the SMS-OTP method, so EE's SMS delivery is working.
Can you receive other automated SMS?

From other services yes, but from goverment gateway no

As you're able to receive other messages successfully, please report this issue to the government gateway support team.

I am having the same issue and unable to login to my profile for HMRC.
i contacted support and I was redirected to re.

If Your Code Is Not Arriving
In the UK our text messages will come from 60551, and the automated call will come from 01749 608 007
