Hello EE Staff,

Could you kindly tell me if I can call 0345 numbers without any extra charges like Access Charge & Service Charge?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Kind regards

Any number prefixed 03x is a landline number, and is charged exactly the same as any other 01x or 02x landline number.

Access charges & service charges are incurred when you call numbers prefixed 084 & 087 - there is further info on the following two weblinks. One from Ofcom, the telecoms regulator - the other an EE help-page
