I need to be able to receive 0345 numbers how do I unlock the phone to receive these?

There is nothing to unlock to receive calls - someone dials your number, and as long as they are not calling from a blocked number, your phone rings.

What makes you think that something needs unlocking?

My phone won’t accept an 0345 from my doctors surgery.

Can you explain what exactly you mean by "my phone won't accept" - feel free to include as much detail as may be useful.

Does the call go to voicemail, for example? Is the surgery inadvertently withholding their number, and this could be falling foul of a "do not disturb" setting on your phone? It's unusual, but a pleasant change, for a surgery to be using an 0345 number as caller-ID
