Hi. I’m currently in Bali, Indonesia and if I try to make a call I’m diverted to what seems like a local automated service which tells me my number has been blocked?

Hi, when I try calling a friend I get the message "you've dialled an incorrect number" even though it is definitely correct.  Why I'm posting this to a forum I don't know, I guess ee only have AI doing email now? 

Cant recieve texts or calls
