Wrong address post what do I do?

For the last 3 months I have been getting letters from ee for someone who doesn't live at my address but the actual letter has our address on it how do I stop this?

Add a device to a sim only contract?

I have a sim only contract but my phone is broken. I want to take out a plan for a device on the same plan, is this possible? If i go to just set up a device plan it automatically includes airtime, but then i will be paying for 2 sets of airtime
