Temporary Greeting (Voicemail)

Has EE removed the function to set up a temporary greeting on voicemail? I was using it on my old phone but since changing phones the option appears to no longer be there on voicemail?

The option to set a temporary greeting is under option 2 of the voicemail menu - this is regardless of which phone you call from.

Could you please try following these steps to see if this sets up your new greeting?

1. On your Android device, open the Google Voice app .
2. At the top left, tap Menu. Settings.
3. In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting.
4. Tap Record a greeting.
5. Tap record .
6. Record your greeting and then tap stop.
7. Choose what you would like to do with the recording:
