Not sure if this is the right forum but I couldn't find a mobile phone one in the list.I've recently started getting repeated notifications from EE saying I have a Voicemail even though the phone hasn't rung. When I check, these are messages from EE trying to get me to set up a personal greeting. I get a lot of spam calls despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service and I do not want a personal greeting on my Voicemail other than the standard one. Does anybody know how I can stop getting these particular annoying notifications from EE? I'm happy to get notifications from genuine calls just not these unsolicited ones.

Are you saying that EE are leaving you voicemails suggesting a personal greeting?
Or that they're sending you text messages? Can you post up the exact text of one of the messages you've received if so?

They appear to be leaving me Voicemails asking me to set up a personal greeting, though the phone never rings when these notifications appear and there's no.option to do anything to stop them being sent. All I can do is clear them.

If you dial your voicemail on 222 or speed-dial 1, are EE actually leaving you voicemails?
