Can’t roam in the Netherlands

I can’t roam and can’t even text 150 to work out what’s going on. My plan seems to include roaming. Have already tried rebooting my phone. Help please?

Please speak with our customer care team HERE who can help get this activated for you.

Welcome to the community. 

Before leaving the UK did you activate roaming by either giving us a call or texting ROAMING to 150?

Are you connected to a local network?

No I didn’t call or text before I left.

I can log in to WiFi, just can’t get any phone signal/4G/5G

The billing package you have is immaterial, if you don't have the roaming facility enabled - it is this which allows access to foreign networks.

If you didn't do this before leaving the UK, your only recourse now is to do so via CS.
