Personal greeting not available to callers

I have set up a personal greeting following the instructions as per EE but when I get a call, it does not go to voicemail with the greeting and an option to leave a message. Instead, it rings and then an automated voice says "the line is busy, please try later"!   - How do I fix this? Thank you

Presumably you have no problem accessing your VM.. are the non-functioning diverts a recent problem?

Try texting VM ON to 150, though I suspect the issue lies elsewhere.
