Using my phone in New Zealand

Have just arrived in NZ and had purchased a 1 month roaming, but when I try to use my phone there is no signal from any of the companies here, have I done something wrong

EE roaming pass hardly worked in usa

Help - abroad calls

Hi - I can’t call anyone from the US - including EE to fix the issue and there’s no support via message or email- only calls which I can’t make
