Hi there. I have got a little bit confused with roaming tariffs while being abroad, in particular in Ukraine. I have received two different messages: the first one with tariffs (received from EE), and the second saying that it's free of charge to use calls, data and texts in Ukraine (received from 1024 phone number). Can anyone help with it? It will be much appreciated!

Hi Katie, on 24,02 I made a call to Ukrainian mobile number to my mom. It costed 3£. On 27 and 28,02 I called to my husband from Ukraine I was charged 27£. After all money was taken off my account I couldn't contact with anyone, it says " not enough credit". Non of this has not been refunded.

Me neither. I've gotten the message that I will not be charged.
