Sim not working

Hi guys,

I am currently abroad and have been since mid November. I have put my ee sim card back into my iphone 8 today and it says no sim. Having read the advice i have just purchased a new pack and it still says no sim on my phone. I have not used my ee sim since being abroad and thought maybe my number has gone into hibernation and thought the solution would be to buy a new pack but this doesn't seemed to have worked. help please.

If you contact our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the status of your account and re-activated if they're able to.
