Missed call alerts

I am having the exact same problem as above with my Samsung S22

Any ideas how to solve?

Thanks for coming back to us. 

If you open your dialler and hold 1 to access your voicemail and select missed call alerts from the menu, are they set up for you?

Yes this is activated.
