Hi,
Having problems on my EE mobile sim.
Calls from any number to my EE mobile number receive "busy" back.
I have tried the SIM in 3 different phones and the problem moves with the SIM.
Likewise, I have tried a different SIM in my EE phone and that works fine.
The problem is definitely with the SIM.
Any ideas

Firstly check for any existing incoming call diverts that could be causing this - try following the phone's divert menu settings to cancel all diverts and then reset them by texting VM ON to 150

no diverts set.
I can turn VM on via 150, then I/C calls are diverted to my VM.
When I turn VM off via 150 VM is turned off, then I/C calls receive busy status.
This fault moves with the SIM, so it is a network problem.

It would be nice if the phone rang.

Try setting and then cancelling firstly a conditional divert (divert if busy or unreachable) and if that fails, an unconditional divert.
Do so by the menus first, and if that fails using GSM # codes

I have tried setting diverts using GSM hash codes.
No joy, I am not allowed to divert calls.
