Hi all,
I subscribed to EE because I need roaming in the Switzerland. But I can’t access data after I arrived.
I have already switched on and off, and also manually selected another service provider - no use to me. I didn’t text ROAMING TO 150 before I left the U.K. but have turned on roaming function on my phone setting.
I saw from another post that I can turn on roaming from myEE webpage but I couldn’t find such option.
can someone please guide me through what I should do now?

Roaming isn't a phone setting, but a network level function that gives your SIM the necessary permissions to connect to foreign networks. If you are on pay-monthly and have not enabled roaming before leaving the UK, you will need to contact CS to do so. The online option is not currently available.
Either +44 7953 966250 from another phone, or +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
