I have a ddi supplied by gamma but get a busy tone when ever anyone tries to call from EE mobiles! Other mobile carriers including 02 and Vodafone are working fine so this must be an interconnect issue with EE.
how can I get this investigated as this is a business line and not getting EE calls is a problem?

Have you been able to call this number previously? Or is it recently issued?
Ultimately you should be reporting this "cannot call number xyz" to EE-CS on 150. It's likely a fault ticket into the (non-customer-facing) networks area is the required outcome. If you can have a handful of examples of failed calls over a 2-3 day period, that may well help.

Hi is a newly provided number 3 days ago and EE multiple mobiles get only busy tone.
the DDi range is 01832 260
ivw tried 150 but it’s near impossible to get through now and there’s a problem with their visual txt service when you try to connect to engineering

FYI you have a short time after posting to "edit", negating the need to post corrections or multiple short replies.
Engineering are not customer-facing, but CS act as a gatekeeper for them via fault-ticketing. Just choose option 2 on the main 150 IVR, not option 1.
