No WiFi Calling?

Has Wi-Fi calling stopped working for anyone else today 27/08/2025

Not using Starlink, on standard BT broadband.

All our EE mobile phones have lost Wi-Fi calling together 

Rebooted and still not working

yes, having the same issue. Did all the resets and fixes that are suppose to work, but nothing. We have very poor network coverage, so have to use wifi calling, been calling people through WhatsApp, but only good enough if calling mobiles, but landlines aren't going to work

My WiFi calling has just stopped working on my Samsung S25 ultra. I tried my daughter's sky mobile sim and that's working fine on my phone so I guess it's an EE issue

Same issue here with 5 Samsung devices and Starlink. WiFi calling not working, tried the all repair methods.

Yes, mine!! It's infuriating and "the best mobile phone provider with the best nationwide coverage" is absolutely hopeless in resolving the issue! All my neighbours having the same problem, all having phoned EE umpteen times and just been given excuse after excuse. One minute they say there's no issue in the area, the next minute they claim it's only been reported 2 days ago, then they say it's nationwide but doesn't affect everybody ( just randomly) and then they promise it'll be fixed in the next 24-48 hours!! Yeah, that was over 2 weeks ago!! We all use Starlink for wifi calling and still have good WiFi here. Just no WiFi calling.   Tried all the things suggested but to no avail. EE is totally useless, again!!!

Nothing works!! It's my only form of contact with the outside world, due to living very rural. EE at it's most useless again  HELP!!

Has anyone had an update yet? When I put mine into airplane mode and turn my WiFi on and try to call its asking for this, which makes you think 100% it’s Starlink or EE as it doesn’t recognise its connected to WiFi.

has anyone found a solution yet as like many others, I rely on Starlink for calling as we don’t have any signal here.
