Has Wi-Fi calling stopped working for anyone else today 27/08/2025

Not using Starlink, on standard BT broadband.

All our EE mobile phones have lost Wi-Fi calling together 

Rebooted and still not working

Mine eventually started working yesterday late evening, and at 4am today it has stopped again.

Not even sure at this stage why I am paying EE when they cant even provide a proper service.

Experiencing same issue again today 28/08/2025

WiFi calling returned yesterday afternoon and this morning it is not working again.

@Chris_S looks like people are also experiencing the same intermittent issues with WiFi calling 

Can this be raised with the relevant technical support team at EE for investigating?

We are also still experiencing the same issue today 27/08/2025.

Unfortunately due to been completely reliant on wifi calling to make or receive calls I haven’t been able to call EE to speak to the technical team, but I have logged a complaint which states they will come back to me in 7 days! 

Once I hear back from EE I will update. 
I had also wondered if there is any way to raise our log and conversations on this forum with the technical team in the meantime?

Thanks for your reply. We've all been through this loop with @Chris_S  yesterday and there was no resolution

WiFi calling returned for some in the afternoon (me included) and stopped working again this morning.

I have seen the previous posts on the thread and wanted to check after doing this today if WiFi Calling was working? If you could give this another try and let me know that would be great.

At the risk of sounding rude, I would imagine everyone here has done the usual suggestions, router on/off, airplane mode on/off, phone on/off, wifi calling icon on/off. No hidden/private VPN and everything else works and can get online for everything. Just the wifi calling that isnt working.

Nothing works for any of us.  It is clearly an EE issue and when you rely on wifi calling this is not good enough and is not acceptable.  I am with BT and have no broadband issues at all, away from my home calls work fine, at home they dont as I rely on wifi calling and that isnt working. 

Came back on briefly yesterday evening and again this morning around 4am mine went.  

When will this be fixed as clearly is an ongoing intermittent EE problem

Agreed, it is not a solution to constantly reboot devices as it is not resolving the issue

Pretty confident I speak on behalf of everyone here.  We have done everything you said, please look at my comment above.

IT IS AN EE ISSUE NOT A CUSTOMER ISSUE.
