No WiFi Calling?

Has Wi-Fi calling stopped working for anyone else today 27/08/2025

Not using Starlink, on standard BT broadband.

All our EE mobile phones have lost Wi-Fi calling together 

Rebooted and still not working

I agree, an EE issue, because our O2 phone still has WiFi Calling no problem.

Hi, as part of our work we install starlink for a few of our customers and install wifi points, I have several customers that have this issue and I have been to several different sites with starlink and have seen this same problem.

I have been messaging starlink for about 2 weeks maybe more about this issue, I got that very same reply back on 22/08/2025 from starlink, I don't really know what to do with it, there is no sort of message system to contact EE with...

Dont really know why I didnt do this sooner but I have just rang EE because I have customers contacting me about the problem, the support agent was addiment that it was a starlink issue and wasn't interested in this message from starlink, I asked her to send me an email or some sort of message saying that the problem lies at starlinks door which she as happy to do, I was then put on hold for a few minutes, she then came back and said they had not been contacted by starlink about this issue but currently for the last 2 days there has been an overall problem with wifi calling on all connections but this was not related to starlink.

This is the text message I received from EE
"Hi, As the issue with wifi calling only happening with starlink connection, would request you to check starlin once. EE"

Saying all this I am actually have wifi calling working and am on starlink but for last 2 weeks this has been very hit and miss

Seems to work on the iPhone but down on the Android. 

It very rarely goes down but I am sure it will be back up shortly.

Just out of interest, what are "all the easy fixes" that you've tried?

Thanks Northener it is working on my phone if I put a Giff Gaff sim in it, so definitely a EE issue. Thank you for replying to me 😊

Customer Services: Calling you  is only an option if you have a phone that is working g to call on. Without WiFi calling I have no means of calling anyone!

My Wifi Calling has not worked today (27 August) or yesterday (26 August). 

We use Starlink. Both my phone and my partners phone are not working.

Tried all the usual suggestions including reboot etc. as well as changing DNS setting on Starlink router. No success.

This is directly affecting our work and a solution is needed from EE ASAP.

@JJ0198 , have you tried rebooting your phone and then checked that wifi calling is on?

Hi, yes we are also having this issue AGAIN today 27/08/2025.

Ours is intermittent. WiFi calling worked perfectly last night then no wifi calling again this morning, I’m beginning to become very frustrated with it now. Between EE and Starlink they just pass the book and fob you off!

Mine isn’t working either and I have tried all troubleshooting options.

Same here. No WiFi calling on both me and my wife’s iPhones. We’re both running the latest iOS versions and are on the latest WiFi 7 router from EE. 

Tried all the standard fixes of turning airplane mode on and off, rebooting phones, rebooting router etc. but nothing is bringing WiFi calling back. 
Spent an hour on the phone to EE yesterday and they tried to blame it on my WiFi even though it’s their own latest router giving me a steady 500mbps signal.

We are also fully reliant on WiFi calling here so now cannot be contacted at all until this somehow fixes itself or we switch mobile providers.
